There are 2 Potter OSYSU-2 tamper switches: 1 new in the box opened but never used installation was attempted onsite due to mounting design, it incompatible with existing gate valve. Update - I found 1 carriage bolt, 2 washers and nuts also included are 3 free sets of FDIC break away caps.

However the 2 nuts, washers and carriage bolts along with slotted back bracket from this unit were used to mount an alternate tamper switch pass inspection so they are missing one not included.
